All shipments are trackable. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email us at support@aldoraworld.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. To start a return, email support@aldoraworld.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
